Problem
The company had established a clear niche working with cinema and needed a portfolio to showcase its projects. However, the hardest part was making it simple. Ready‑made solutions feel like templates, hand‑coded layouts end up lifeless, and a full engine is too expensive. On top of that, all of it is pointless to maintain.
- Simple and modest design required, yet elegant enough for a creative field like cinema
- Mobile version needed as the primary experience, not an afterthought
- Content management must stay convenient without turning the site into a template
- Technologies must remain simple and open, avoiding closed custom solutions
Solution
Structure and content came first, followed by a mini design system and clear rules for every content type. The initial build was done by hand, then refined with AI, which also wrote the admin panel.
- Light, informative style with subtle nods to fashion, cinema, and editorial aesthetics
- Mobile-first version built as the primary experience
- Block-based content editor with fine-grained settings for component behaviour
- AI-driven CMS built through deliberate vibe-coding
- Easily extensible through an AI agent that helps add and refine features
